Delete Account Request

Khuambana is provided by Anozen Technologies Ltd. Use this page to request deletion of your Khuambana account and associated data.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to info@anozen.org using the email address or phone number connected to your Khuambana account.
  2. Use the subject line: Khuambana account deletion request.
  3. Include your full name, account role, registered phone number, registered email address if available, and the company name if your account is managed through a waste collection company.
  4. Anozen or the relevant company administrator may contact you to verify account ownership before deletion is completed.

Send the request to info@anozen.org. We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law, security, billing, or dispute-resolution obligations.

Data we delete after verification

  • Profile information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and account role.
  • Customer, company, or collector account details stored for normal Khuambana app use.
  • Device notification tokens and app preference data linked to the deleted account.
  • Collection request records that are no longer required for operations, billing, security, legal, or audit purposes.

Data we may keep and why

  • Payment, invoice, settlement, and tax records may be retained for up to 7 years where required for accounting, audit, legal, fraud prevention, or regulatory reasons.
  • Collection history, service logs, dispute records, security logs, and support messages may be retained for up to 24 months where needed to resolve operational, safety, billing, or legal issues.
  • Information controlled by an independent waste management company using Khuambana may require that company to approve or complete parts of the deletion request.

After deletion

Once your account is deleted, you may lose access to Khuambana app features, collection history, receipts, invoices, notifications, and company or collector tools linked to that account. You can create a new account later, but deleted data may not be recoverable.
