Khuambana
Terms and Conditions
Effective date: August 10, 2026. These terms explain the basic rules for using Khuambana.
1. Service Overview
Khuambana is a waste collection and operations platform that helps customers request collections, companies manage collections and billing, and collectors coordinate assigned work. The service is provided by or through Anozen Technologies Ltd and its operating partners.
2. Accounts and Registration
You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials confidential, and promptly update details that affect service delivery, billing, or communication. Companies are responsible for users they invite or manage through their company account.
3. Collection Requests and Operations
Collection schedules, availability, pricing, and service areas may vary by company, location, customer type, waste type, and operational capacity. You agree not to submit unsafe, unlawful, hazardous, or misleading collection requests.
4. Payments and Billing
Where payments are supported, fees must be paid using the available payment methods shown in the app. Mobile money and payment confirmations may depend on third-party providers, network availability, and backend confirmation callbacks.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, upload malicious content, impersonate others, or use Khuambana for unlawful waste handling or fraudulent transactions.
6. Service Changes
We may improve, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of Khuambana where needed for maintenance, security, compliance, operational constraints, or product changes. We aim to keep service disruptions reasonable and proportionate.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Anozen Technologies Ltd is not liable for indirect losses, third-party service failures, network interruptions, inaccurate user-submitted information, or operational issues outside our reasonable control.
8. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@anozen.org. If you are using Khuambana through a waste management company, you may also contact that company for operational support.
